Whitmuir
stash packs
In addition to providing individually requested cuts of prime organic meat, we
supply larger quantities of organic beef, lamb, pork and mutton.
Stash packs can be supplied to order either fresh or frozen. As the packs are sold in larger quantities, the price per kilo is reduced, resulting in significant savings - so you get great meat at a good price. Perfect for sharing with your friends and family or freezing.
Gluten free sausages and burgers can be prepared to order.
The
big beef box
15k @ £10.50/kilo includes at least 4 roasts, 12-15 packs of sirloin,
popeseye, braising and minute steak, 10 packs stew and mince, plus up to
10 packs sausages and burgers.
The beef basket
5k @ £10.50/kilo including a selection or roasts, steaks, stew, mince,
burgers and sausages.
The six pack
6 packs of mince and/or stew for the price of 5.
A whole lamb
15-20k @ £8.50/kilo
includes up to 4-5 gigot and shoulder roasts, 6-8 packs of chops, up to
6 packs of diced and minced lamb, plus lamb shanks.
We also do half lamb
packs. Mutton can also be stashed at a price of £5/kilo.
Half a pig
15-20k @ £8.50/kilo up to 7 loin, shoulder and gigot roasts, 6-8
packs of escalope and loin chops, 2-3 packs diced pork, 10 packs of sausages,
10 packs of bacon, ham shanks and spare ribs.
We also do quarter pig packs.
VEGETABLES
Most of our soft fruit and vegetables are grown on the farm. Our location
and altitude (our vegetable field is at 850ft) means we have a very short growing
season. In spite of this, we managed to grow over 30 different types of vegetable
last summer. Click

When our crops have failed or are finished, we buy in organic vegetables from
other growers.
